Raffles Dubai Hotel

The luxurious amenities found in this hotel really exceeded my expectations. From the amazing sun loungers to the rooftop pool, this venue knows how to cater to guests. I especially enjoyed the refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar, and the in-room breakfast was a great touch. the special diet menus were perfect for my needs, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.

The in-room dining prices were quite high compared to the average cost of the meals in a restaurant. the quality of the food was average at best.

I was amazed by the really good service at Raffles. I was welcomed like a VIP and treated with warm hospitality throughout my stay. The staff were really good too make me feel comfortable and attended to all my needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport, souks, and shopping malls. The Club access was worth every penny, providing delicious food and a peaceful place to relax. I highly recommend Raffles for its excellent and friendly service.

There were a few minor issues. The check-in process took longer than expected, even though I arrived at the designated time.

This hotel is perfectly situated for guests who want to be close to the sea, as it is just a short walk away. it is very convenient for travelers as it is located near the airport, metro, and several other forms of transportation. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are well-maintained, with large bathtubs and modern showers. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a wide variety of food options. The gym and spa facilities are top-notch.

The hotel's housekeeping staff could be more attentive and responsive to guests' needs.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by its convenient location near the airport. It was a short taxi ride away, allowing for easy travel. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff members were warm and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of high-quality food. The hotel also had a swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds and a helpful pool bar.

I noticed that the housekeeping staff seemed to require a little improvement. There were a couple of instances where they forgot to perform certain tasks, such as lighting up the candle or providing sandals.

The pool area staff were very attentive and the spa was one of the best in Dubai. Plus, the gym had all the latest equipment.

Grand, spacious rooms and lovely pool with friendly, attentive staff. Club room highly recommended for afternoon tea and evening drinks. Innovative technology and big bathtub in the room. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Happy with our stay, but would have liked to stay longer.

The club room had an impressive balcony, larger than most city rooms, with stunning views of the skyline. The spacious rooms and magnificent ambience created a memorable stay. The pool was lovely and the hotel had a nice bar and Japanese restaurant.

The hotel was beautiful, with really good staff and wonderful service. The rooms were large and clean, and had a small living room area that hit like a suite. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, with a sunken tub/jacuzzi. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the tight security, made me feel safe throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet was included in the price and was delicious. the hotel offered a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Raffles in Dubai for a business trip. The staff treated me incredibly well, right from allowing an early check-in to providing exceptional service throughout my stay. The club room I booked was luxurious, with a spacious and comfortable bed, a beautiful raindrop shower and a large bath. The club lounge facilities were great, and the breakfast overlooking the serene garden was delightful. The attentive service of our butler Keen and Vanessa in the club lounge made our stay even more memorable. I will definitely be returning to Raffles in the future!

I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a luxury hotel in Dubai for 5 days with my family. The spacious room with a balcony was perfect for us, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff, especially Ahmad, were incredibly helpful and made our breakfast experience enjoyable. The attached Wafi Mall provided convenient access to everything we needed. Compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel was 10 times better. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

I had a great stay as a light sleeper. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The beds were cozy and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The ambient mood lighting added to the relaxing atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel with the best staff and great location next to WAFI mall. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and found it to be 100%. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were great. transportation was easy to come by and the hotel was not far from the airport.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The entrance and reception area was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel offered a club room option, which allowed us to enjoy delicious food and drinks multiple times a day. The happy hour in the evening included a wide range of alcoholic beverages, including cocktails. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool area was well-maintained and the staff provided constant refills of iced water.

The hotel is located in a busy area, which resulted in some noise pollution. The Wi-Fi signal in the bedroom was not always reliable.
